Day 134: You Do Not Have To Wait Any Longer

‘“For I am the Lord.  I speak, and the word which I speak will come to pass; it will no more be postponed; for in your days, O rebellious house, I will say the word and perform it,’ says the Lord God.  Therefore say unto them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed anymore, but the word which I speak will be done.”   Ezekiel 12:25,28

One of the biggest mistakes that Christians make when needing physical healing is to believe that God is going to heal them.  While this may sound like they are in faith, believing God for their miracle, it is really unbelief disguised as faith.  You see, true faith, BIBLE FAITH, can only come from the Word of God.  According to Romans 10:17, you cannot get faith anywhere else but from the scriptures!  In other words, if you do not have scripture to back up and support what you are believing, then you are not really in faith.

True faith, the kind of faith that receives the promises of God, is based solely upon what God’s Word says about your situation.  Many times, what we thought was faith is not really faith at all.  We can get into a lot of trouble if what we are believing is based upon what someone else said the Bible teaches instead of what the Bible actually teaches.   This is why you need to read and study the Bible for yourself!

True faith for physical healing can only come from knowing what the scriptures promise concerning physical healing.  When you read the New Testament, it does not say that God is going to heal us; it says that God has ALREADY healed us.  (See 1 Peter 2:24.)  To believe that God is going to heal you sometime in the future is to be in unbelief about what God said has already done!

Instead of believing that God is going to heal you, why not start believing that He already did?  That’s what He said in His Word!  “O, but what about my symptoms?”, you might ask.  This is called walking by faith and not by sight.  (See 2 Corinthians 5:7.)  Instead of focusing on your symptoms (what you can see and feel), why not focus on what God said in His Word?

Here in Ezekiel God says that what He has promised in His Word will not be postponed.  We must not forget that Jesus is the Word of God made flesh!  (See John 1:14.)  When He hung on the cross He did not say, “It is beginning.”  No, He said, “It is FINISHED!”  There is nothing more that God needs to do for you to be completely healed that He has not already done.  All you have to do to receive your healing is to believe that Jesus has already paid for your sickness.  You do not have to wait any longer for God to heal you; He has already done it!  Why don’t you lift your hands and begin to praise and thank Him that you ARE healed?

Confession:  I am healed!
